  • Will it post without me?
    Only if you switch on Autopilot for specific topics. The default is manual approval, and most creators use Assisted mode: Hetu prepares, you approve in batches.
  • How does the free trial work?
    Your Pro trial starts when you connect Instagram and runs 7 days, plus 7 more when you publish your first post. No card is needed, and when it ends you keep the Free plan.
  • Does it need a Facebook Page?
    No. Hetu uses Instagram's own login for professional accounts, so a Creator or Business Instagram account is all you need.
  • What does it read?
    Your profile, posts, and insights — nothing else. Comments and messages are not read at all until the inbox ships, and they will never feed content generation.
  • Which AI does it use?
    Hetu picks a model for each task: a careful one for reading your account, faster ones for everyday drafting. Every output is checked against your banned topics and your voice before you see it.
  • Can I cancel any time?
    Yes. Cancelling keeps your access until the end of the paid period, and scheduled posts beyond the Free limit are kept as drafts, never deleted.
